The service I received at Acura Bakersfield was great. The service advisor Jose did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle and making sure the work was completed correctly in a timely manner. He also made sure I was aware of items I needed to consider getting done in the future.

I truly had the best buying experience at Acura. Raul Lopez was so much help every step of the way. This was my first time buying a car on my own and he made everything so easy. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be recommending Raul to my friends and family or to anyone who is looking for a new car.

Ask for tire rotation while changing oil I made an online reservation and went to the service center to talk. Tire rotation has not been done. And the washer fluid cap was not closed. There is still no contact regarding the mdx instrument panel noise issue. If you're only going to provide services that will get you money, I hope you do business under the Acura sign. I checked again and there was a $10 charge for tire rotation, but no work was done.

I have always had the best service at Acura. Everyone was very attentive. I needed to get my car serviced in order to submit my registration with the DMV and Acura was able to get me in and out the door quickly on a Saturday. Thank you so much!

My 2017 Acura IXL couldn’t start and it was towed to Bakersfield Acura. Jose Ventura, Service Consultant, advised me it was the battery. The battery was replaced within a short time. The courtesy shuttle driver picked me up from my home. Johnathan, front desk, was very courtesy and friendly. Keep up the good work, Bakersfield Acura!!
